Step 3. Upon successful claim, you will receive your STEAM credit via email. If unsuccessful, you will be contacted.

• Customers will not be able to claim vouchers on purchases that have been cancelled or items returned to the reseller. • To submit a claim, you must fill in and submit the official registration form within 30 days from the original purchase date of the appropriate GIGABYTE laptop or monitor. GIGABYTE considers the date of dispatch to count as day one of the purchase date and registration period. Once the claim has been received by GIGABYTE, it will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction made is a genuine purchase. The outcome of your claim will be communicated to the relevant parties by email within 30 working days from the registration.
