Question from Steve: Asked on 26/09/2011 I am buying a laptop on behalf of someone less technical and have added this warranty to the product. How do I get the warranty registered in their name and at their address?
Question from Joe: Asked on 25/08/2009 I am about to buy an Advent 6555 elsewhere. It has refurbished in the title but I believe it is only an open box and does come with the full 12 months warranty. Can I still use this product on it? How would I register this to the laptop? Thanks for the advice.
