Hi, Yes, the Samsung UE43U8020HKXXU has a built-in DVB-T2/C tuner, so you can connect a standard coaxial aerial cable directly to the TV and receive terrestrial free-to-air channels such as Freeview. A suitable working TV aerial or communal aerial system is required; the coaxial cable alone will not provide channels.
