How to claim your game:
1. Visit the Intel Software Offer site.
2. Sign in or create an account (mobile number required for verification).
3. Once your account is verified, log in, enter the Master Key sent to your email and scan your qualifying Intel product to claim your software by September 15, 2026.
4. Agree to the terms, complete a quick survey, and download the available software products.
Your initial redemption Master Key will be sent to you via email. Please allow 2-3 days* to receive this. If it hasn't arrived within this period, please contact our customer service team.

How it works:
Step 1. Buy qualifying products – Buy an eligible product from a channel partner between 14 October 2024 and 30 June 2026.
Step 2. Submit your claim - Submit your claim here within 30 days of purchase with purchase and trade-in details.
Step 3. Send your Trade-in – Lenovo will let you know your claim has been approved by email and give you instructions to send them your trade-in product.
Step 4. Reward – Once Lenovo have received your trade-in product and approved your claim, they will send you your reward within 30 days.
