  • Do you accept damaged tablets for trade-in?
    • Yes, we accept tablets in various conditions, including those with cracked screens and signs of wear and tear even if it's not in perfect condition you could still get some cash for your tablet. Please note that we do not accept devices that don't turn on/function properly.

  • How do I know how much my tablet is worth?

  • Do I need to have a printer for my shipping label?
    • Don’t worry, we now offer a paperless return, just follow through to the Yodel website after filling out the form, and you will be able to opt for the paperless return, all you need to do is show the barcode to your nearest drop-off shop and they will do the rest.
