It includes the safe removal of sensitive data - this ensures that confidential data cannot be leaked, and devices can no longer be tied back to you or your company.

We’ll contact you within 48 hours (excluding weekends) to fill in a form for further information, and to determine if your hardware has any resale value (a minimum of 10 units required).
If there’s no value, we’ll offer freecycle free of charge.
If there’s value, we’ll send you a quote then contact you for more details.
Your hardware is collected free of charge and securely stored (UK mainland only).
Once received, we’ll test the hardware then wipe the data (plus destruct if freecycle).
We’ll endeavour to pay you within 45 days of collection (*recycle or refurbish only).
Finally, you’ll receive a wipe certificate, or a wipe and destruction certificate (freecycle only).
