It is dedicated graphics, but you cant change the GPU in a laptop as it's always build onto the motherboard rather than a removable card.

we can't do it as the drivers for vista home are different from XP, although if you contact Sony then they may be able to supply those drivers and a downgrade disc.

This one can only read Blu-Ray discs, not write them, as it is a Blu-Ray ROM drive.

it depends really, The vaio has a much stronger spec as well as a 17 inch screen and a blu ray drive.
However, the HP is £90 less expensive and has slightly less storage.

The Vaio is the beteer laptop as the extra gig of RAM really makes a difference when it comes to games, as well as its lifespan, but it just depends how important the price is.
