Question from Jack: Asked on 29/09/2010 i bought the camcorder a while back, and now it wont turn on, or charge up. When i connect it to my laptop it recognises it as a mass storage device and lets me view the files from when it was working but it dosent let me use it as a webcam either ? I was wondering if there was anyway that i could reset it back to factory settings so it might work. thanks
