Remote and flexible working requires a remote and flexible support solution. Repairs at your location - MendIT Onsite warranty is designed to reduce downtime and increase productivity by offering a faster repair service wherever you are! Our experienced and fully trained technicians provide remote solutions to repair. Where this is not possible a MendIT technician is dispatched to your location (home/business) on the Next Business Day. An electronic certificate provides easy registration. Once registered, you are given access to the MendIT Portal to view asset contracts, load claims and track repair status. Supporting major manufacturers of laptops - including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung and more. Excludes tablets, smartphones, workstations, gaming PCs, Apple and Microsoft Surface equipment. Cover starts from equipment purchase date.
