Yes it will work. The only other thing you'll need to get it working is a USB cable and some paper! Power cable should be included.

If you search under the printer model + cartridges on Google, that will bring up the product and prices for you. Printers generally come with half full cartridges to get you going.

Have you tried downloading Vista drivers for the CX6600 printer from the Epson website? There are no compatibility issues between the R20 and the CX6600. I can confirm that the HP F2180 is also compatible with the R20.
