Buying for your business? Claim £50 to £300 cashback on qualifying HP devices. The amount depends on the range, e.g. £50 on HP ProBook 4 and £100 on HP EliteBook 6. Snapdragon® models get an extra £50. You can earn more by adding qualifying HP accessories or a Care Pack, or by trading in an old laptop.
How to claim:
1. Buy a qualifying HP device between 1st November 2026 and 31st January 2027.
2. Within 30 days of your invoice date, submit your claim at smbpromos.com/v2/promo/one-hp/claim.
3. Upload your invoice. It must show your business name, the products, price and purchase date. Add any qualifying accessories or Care Packs bought with the laptop to the same claim, because they can’t be added later.
4. You should receive confirmation of your claim within 5 working days.
5. Within 21 business days of approval, a secure NatWest Payit link is emailed to your finance contact. Complete it within 30 days to receive your cashback.
Terms & Conditions:
• Open to UK-registered businesses with 500 or fewer employees, buying for their own use.
• Not available to consumers buying for personal use, schools, colleges or universities, or businesses that sell or supply IT products or services.
• Cashback per laptop by range: HP Pro £50, Elite 6 £100, Elite 8 £125, Elite X £150, Workstation £200.
• Add-on rewards per laptop: display or dock £25, Care Pack or service £15, peripheral £10. One of each, up to £50.
• Trade-in: £50 per working laptop or desktop (up to 8 years old), with one trade-in per new laptop. Free collection.
• Maximum £300 per laptop (£350 for Snapdragon models). Limit 250 devices per business per quarter.
• Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• If you return the product, no cashback is payable and any cashback already paid must be repaid.
