The product has been opened or the box damaged, we always supply a power adapter with these models. The Laptop and Power supply are as new. Sometimes there are other accessories in the box, but we do not sell these they are a bonus if you find some.

No but there are programs on the internet that allow you to electronically receive fax's to your laptop or PC which means you don't need to plug a fax machine in.

No, it will struggle with 3d rendering of any kind as the graphics card is integrated not dedicated meaning its good for the basics but nothing advanced. Please call our sales team for an alternative that will run the software.
