We deliver to the billing address or the card or your work address. If you want shipping elsewhere payment must be done by bank transfer.

Documentation are emailed and will be shipped with the goods to the delivery address.

There is no major software pre installed on this pc other than the main operating system. Their will only be a trial version of the antivirus (mcafee) as well as a 90 day trial of Microsoft office applications.

This is a refurbished model but is graded A1 so it will still be in pristine condition (as new), this will make it cheaper.
I can confirm that this does have a remote.
