Question from Rob: Asked on 28/12/2010 With Microsoft removing support for Windows XP (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-xp/end-of-sale.aspx) I would appreciate the comfort of having the original disks.
Are, or can I please have, the Windows XP disks provided?

Sorry not possible. It comes pre-installed on the computer from Acer. We can provide a recovery disk for £15.00 at the time of the sale which will restore the computer the computer to it's factory setting. Note you need a USB DVD drive to use this disk. This is the same with all laptops and computers unless buy a desktop and get it bulit from components.

Question from Tina: Asked on 11/12/2010 Does it have wireless connectivity please? To pick up on our home router without cables? I'm a bit confused cos I thought it did, but you said no to the previous question and I'm not clued up on wifi - not sure if it means the same thing or something different. Thanks :)

All laptops have wirless and will connect to any wireless router
