Question from Alex: Asked on 02/10/2010 does it have HDMI output and PC card slot (active one off course)? And what exactly was wrong with laptop before refurbishing (I mean, was there any hardware parts replaced or only software reinstalled)? Is there any possibility to downgrade OS from VISTA to XP? What are additional costs for max ram (4GB), in this case extra 1GB?

We can't change the operating system. It would cost £38.00 to upgrade the laptop to 4GB.
