Time Saving Software

The Fujitsu Fi-7140 hosts Anti-Skewering software enabling it to automatically detect the alignment of the documents in the scanner. This allows it to reduce blurring and diminishes scanning errors, like missing parts of words or worse, the edges of a document. It can even handle mixed-size documents with ease.

Quality Check

Let the poor quality of your scans be a thing of the past. The Fujitsu Fi-7140 scanner can scan up to 40 pages or 80 images per minute in crisp 200-300 dpi, coupled with its ability to print in full colour, you’ll never miss a detail. It can even assess the existing document quality and auto-adjust the scan quality accordingly thanks to PaperStream. TWAIN can be supported by PaperStream, meaning you’ll never have to manually adjust the OCR for your images again. Not even damaged documents will through PaperStream off, the OCR will still be able to compensate and adjust for the imperfections. No matter what you’ll always end up with the best quality documents for you and your customers.

Compact Design

Fujitsu Fi-7140 scanner is made to be powerful, but compact, holding up against Fujitsu’s strive for high-quality performance. Its dimensions come in at 300mm (W) x 170mm (D) x 163mm (H) when it’s closed and it weighs in at 4.2kg, meaning it’s no bother to you when it’s not in use. Its lightweight design means you can move it around easily, making it ideal for an evolving workspace. The scanner even comes with a USB port to make scanning your documents, even more streamlined.
