How it works:

Step 2. Submit Your Claim - Submit your claim here within 30 days of purchase with purchase and trade-in details. Approval status will be confirmed within 5 working days.
Step 3. Send Your Trade-in – Once approved, follow the instructions to send your trade-in device within 30 days.
Step 4. Inspection & Approval – Your device will be checked within 30 days, and you'll receive an update via email.
Step 5. Receive Your Reward – After approval, cashback will be paid within 30 days directly to your bank.
