Lenovo understand the importance of data protection for educational institutions. Their trade-in programme ensures secure and GDPR-compliant disposal of your devices. Using fully compliant WEEE recycling processes and industry-leading software certified by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), all data from traded-in units is securely wiped before recycling.
Carbon Savings is the amount of carbon saved through the reuse of devices versus the remanufacturing of the same product.
Up to 250 devices maximum can be traded in throughout the promotional period, if your customer is a Multi Academy Trust there is a maximum of 1,000 units which can be traded in throughout the promotional period.
AV Large or printer Large (these are interactive whiteboards or MDF printers for example): 1 for 1 purchased however a minimum of 10 units must be traded in, collections cannot be made for fewer than 10.
Monitor: 5 for 1 new purchased device.
To start your claim, head over to the official Lenovo ConnectEd website. You will need to submit your online claim within 30 days of the date on your invoice. Ensure you have your invoice details and the information for the devices you plan to trade in ready to go.
