We have entered into an agreement with various carriers whereby our customers in Ireland and mainland Europe wishing to purchase from us can enter into a contract with our carriers to have products shipped to those countries.

When your order is despatched from our distribution centre, VAT receipts are already included within your parcel. If you require a copy of the receipt, please contact our customer service team who will be more than happy to deal with your request.
Where you've requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will usually include VAT at the appropriate rate for the country of delivery.
