Its the glossy screen on that model.

I am enquiring regarding the MacBook Pro (2.5 GHz, 15.4ins model, currently retailing at £1179.97).
I am wondering, as Apple has released their new MacBook Pro (2.53 GHz), are they stopping making the older one? Does this mean you only have limited stocks of the older one I am interested in? I have to wait until just before Christmas before I can afford one and wonder whether it will still be available?

usually yes apple will stop the old models if they have been superseeded. Depending on there current stock levels you maybe ok to wait. as of now ther are 39 units available
