To receive the internet you need something to send a signal to the net book which already has a built in wireless device. This signal can come from a wireless router or broadband dongle. As long as the signal is being received, you'll be connected to the internet.

The Unit Comes With A 3G Modem Built In And Does Not Come With A Sim Card You Would Need To Source A Sim Card From A Broadband Provider.
