Question from Bill: Asked on 08/12/2008 What wireless router and wireless adaptor would you recommend with this product?

Answer from SteveF: Answered on 09/12/2008
Depends on the phone line. If you have BT then you need an ADSL router, if you have cable, get a cable router. There is really a right or wrong choosing a router as far as spec. The more you spend, the faster and stronger the signal will be.

Question from Daryl: Asked on 19/11/2008 David s : you are wrong about the vista sp1 using all 4 gb. It will see it but it can only utilise 3gb due to 32bit operating system contraints. Only vista 64 will allow to use the 4gb.

Anyway. This model number on acers site shows it has a tv tuner can you confirm this as it isn't listed on the specs on this page.

Thanks

Answer from Matt: Answered on 21/11/2008
It does have a TV Tuner, I've made sure it says so in the tech spec.

Question from dj_ely: Asked on 18/11/2008 Hello, Please can you advise if this is a 17" display? Also does it have HDMI out and Optical Out for the sound? Given windows Vista only recognises 3gb ram what does the extra gig give you? Many thanks for the help.

Answer from david s: Answered on 18/11/2008
this is a 16" screen, and has HDMI output but no optical. The machine will use all 4gb of ram installed as SP1 for Vista fixed alot of issues.

Sorry Shane, with the criteria for borrowing being raising due to the recent economic climate, we have decided to withdraw our finance options due to a very low pass rate.
