Will typically have 5 to 10 internet tabs open along with Dropbox, MS Word, Excel and photo editing software all at once (to manage my e-commerce website). Would also use it for iTunes etc. Do you think this laptop would be suitable for me? What (if any) accessories would you recommend? Also I read in some review that this laptop only has a mono speaker. An important issue for me - Could I still get stereo sound by plugging in stereo headphones / speakers?
