YouTube doesn't use flash to function it uses another plug-in that's usally installed automatically with the browser. It should just work or it would prompt you to install the plug in to get it working. You are emailing sales can't assist you any futher.

Yes but not all syyke will work with the Linux operating system. You will not have this problem with XP.

You don't get any Microsoft software with Linux such as windows media player. It will have a equvilent application though.

Yes, it comes with open office, linux version of office. The one in the package deal has a pre delivery inspection included. Yes and yes to the other two questions.

This would be fine for office tasks and internet browsing, which netbooks are really built for. The speed of the internet is largely depend on the broadband speed.
