Aerial Mode: Best for MOBA/RTS/Grand Strategy/Sport gaming genres, since the user is looking down at the game space from above, the audio source should originate from the front. The FRONT Stereo Preference setting should be used.

Soundscape Mode: Best for MMO/RPG/Action Adventure/Horror gaming genres, since the user is in the middle of the game space, the audio should originate some distance to the left and right of the user.

The ‘Wide Stereo Preference’ setting should be used.

Tactical Mode: Best for FPS/Stealth gaming genres, since sounds act as positional cues for the user. The audio processing should optimize EQ settings to emphasize certain sounds. The Traditional Stereo Preference setting should be used.
