HI Robin,The HP 250 G10 (Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 15.6″, Windows 11, model AA0K4ES) does not have a built-in disc (CD/DVD) drive, so you cannot use CDs or DVDs directly. If you need to read or write discs, you would need an external USB optical drive.Thanks!

Hi Steve,The HP 250 G10 (model AA0K4ES) has an internal battery that is not externally removable like older laptops. To remove it, you need to power down the laptop, remove the bottom cover, disconnect the battery cable, and then unscrew and lift out the battery. This is a service-level procedure meant for technicians, and doing it yourself can be risky—it may affect your warranty and could damage the laptop if done incorrectly.Thanks!
