No these are basically brand new, with only damaged boxes. We are just trying to clear stock, hence the incredibly low price. We do sell bags and slips separately, I have just seen one come in with a free mouse. Call our sales line they will be able to help you out.

It is a little limited both in the graphics department and the on board RAM, however it would work with the CBBC website, but probably not too well with other games, Simms etc It is probably worth giving the Sales team a call, they can guide you, don't worry they don't bite, 08719710005

You'll need to check with microsoft on the windows 7 question. I believe they are bringing out a lite version which will work on netbooks and so increasing the ram doesn't matter. Grade A1 is a box opened as new product.

Yes you can buy an extra battery but if you're thinking of using this netbook for software such as Photoshop, I wouldn't. These netbooks are really good for browsing the internet, downloading music and using office but the processor won't handle complex programs.

This is netbook and as such, is really good for browsing the internet, downloading and using office but anything graphics wise will be a struggle as to keep weight down and battery life up means there had to be some sacrifices and that would be in the area of graphics and a dvd drive. So if you are wanting to transfer videos over for editing or something similar, the netbook will struggle, you'll need a fully fledged laptop for that.

Sorry, we can't upgrade the units apart from ram. You can get a separate dongle though which will do the trick.

Depends on the inputs to the tv, if the tv has a vga out which some flatscreen tv's do, then yes you'll be able to plug it in.
