Question from MARK DAVID PHILLIPS: Asked on 05/07/2019 We have bought this box, our WiFi router is situated in a different room to where the box is can you please advise how we can connect to the Internet as we're currently unable to. We would like to view the camera on our phones
Thank you

Answer from Haaroon: Answered on 08/07/2019
Hi Mark,

The only solution would be to either move the router or to use a Powerline Adapter. The Adapter comes in a pack of 2. One of the Adapters plugs into a socket near the router, while the other one plugs in to a socket near your DVR. The adapters use the existing electric wiring in your house to provide an internet signal. I have linked one for you below.

Hi Maz,

For me to recommend compatible DVR's to you, i would need to know the manufacturer codes or the names of the cameras.

Thanks,
Haaroon
