I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a laptop. I bought a refurbished laptop so I was slightly nervous as to what the condition would be like, but when it arrived (extremely quickly as I paid extra for a nominated day) everything about it was brilliant and I honestly cannot complain at all. I'd definitely use them again.

My son purchased the laptop for me for my Mothers Day Present...it was ordered on the Tuesday and it arrived early on the Wednesday....It was a refurbished laptop but when it was unpacked it looked brand new...It runs like a dream and I am really pleased with it....I would certainly recommend Laptopsdirect to anyone who wants to buy a cheap but very reliable Laptop with high specs.

Top quality but not the price.

I was able to get a higher spec Toshiba Chromebook as a refurb from Laptops Direct for the same money as a new lower spec one. It's just as good except for the shorter (3 month) warranty. Not a lot to go wrong with these things so very happy with it.

I bought a laptop online and changed my mind before it was dispatched. I was worried about the performance so the member of staff I contacted helped me find a refurbished one at a much better standard for the same price with 12 months warranty. The laptop had never been used just the box opened and was a better make and had better specs. Really great advise on the phone. Thanks

Imac 27" 5K MF885A/B

Purchased a refurbished 27" Imac, which arrived 2 days later. The Mac is amazing, and the 5k screen is beautiful - it has to be seen to be believed. For a refurbished computer it looks brand new, in its original packaging with Apple wireless keyboard and magic mouse - both brand new. There was some confusion on the website whether the magic mouse was included, but the phone sales woman was very helpful and assured me it was.
