Hi, The RAM is soldered onto the motherboard and cannot be upgraded. This model comes with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM, which is fixed and non-removable.
Regarding storage, the laptop is equipped with a 256GB SSD. It supports M.2 PCIe NVMe Gen 3.0 x4 SSDs, allowing for potential upgrades to higher capacities, such as 512GB or 1TB, depending on your storage needs. However, it's important to note that this model supports only a single storage drive, so you would need to replace the existing SSD rather than adding a new one.
In summary, while the RAM is fixed and cannot be upgraded, you have the option to replace the existing SSD with a higher-capacity model if more storage is needed.
