Answer from simon This is not the correct warranty. HP can confirm the code for the correct warranty on 0845 683 2823. Call them quoting the laptop part code and they will give you the relevent part code which you can type into our webiste search facility so you can purchase it. HP warranty code are very complicated and don't want to mis-advise you hence why I am refering to you HP. Sorry I can't be of more assistance.

I would like to get a warranty for my partners HP DV3 laptop that was purchased last year. It seems like the initial 1 year warranty was with a company called mastercare and not with HP. Answer from simon Please call HP Care Services on 0845 683 2823 to ensure you get the correct care pack. This is not for the DV3 range HP warranties are nightmare as regards to finding the correct one as they are so many options. You can type the product code HP give you into our site to make the purchase.
