Features such as Auto Colour Detection, Deskew, Automatic Page Size Detection and Text Enhancement all ensure documents are captured at optimum quality. And there’s a MultiStream feature included in the driver, so standard imaging applications can output dual stream images and accommodate workflows required to improve OCR processing.

Smart paper-handling technology

Designed to maintain exceptional productivity, the DR-M140 has an Ultrasonic Double Feed Detection to quickly identifies misfeeds and a double feed release button to let you ‘ignore and continue’ scanning certain items such as documents with sticky notes attached or an envelope. With a robust separation mechanism, the DR-M140 reliably scans mixed document sizes and weights together.

Whether it’s 3m long documents or embossed cards, the selectable U-Turn or straight-through paper path options mean the DR-M140 can handle a variety of media types.
