Not on this particular Netbook because this one comes with the Linux Operating System, which iTunes isn't compatible with. iTunes would work on a Netbook running Windows.

The netbook would be perfect, its meant as a small laptop that can be used by anyone for internet use. Yes it will take XP home.

Yes an A1 is as new box opened. External drives are around £35 and yes you can connect a printer to the netbook.

Our engineers check each refurb laptop that comes in and replace anything such as the battery if it isn't new.

Its a netbook not a tv, the resolution is under that of 720p set but its only a tiny screen so you'll not notice the difference. It will do the jobs you've listed.
