You would need to speak to Fujitsu tech support as we just sell off the shelf product. They may not be XP drivers. There number is 0870 243 4390.

Reasonable. You will never get fantastic sound from laptop speakers as it would dramatically effect battery life. For better sound perhaps look at external speakers.

You can use a external monitor by using the HDMI port the VGA connection.
