Hi Steven, there should be a function on the power button. If you press this three times in a consecutive fashion it should change the scooter to Km/h instead of display mph.

Hi There, The scooter can be used like a normal push scooter but as it does weigh more than a standard scooter it will be harder to push. If you wish to do it like this the power can be turned on and off.
