This is a net book which is built for internet, office, downloading music and a few web games. Abything else get a laptop as this won't nor is designed to handle any demanding tasks. You can buy a blue tooth dongle to add the functionality.

You can install office by purchasing the relivant version you require then, downloading a trial of it from microsoft and just put in your product key. Or you can do it with an external drive.

They all do if you buy an external DVD drive which will plug in via USB but they don't come with one fitted to keep price and weight down.

No but Samsung, Asus and MSI all do netbooks in black.

Yes that laptop comes with XP already on. Its only a net book and so isn't powerful enough to run Vista, nor would you need it.
