Question from LING: Asked on 22/05/2014 when i view the picture on my android handphone like channel 1,the monitor connect to DVR will Display the same picture channel 1, can i make it to separate ....

Answer from Gavin: Answered on 23/05/2014
No, your smart phone is operating the DVR like you would by pressing the buttons on the front panel. You can see multiple channels at same time, but you cannot do what you're asking I'm afraid.

Thanks

Question from Ian: Asked on 14/03/2013 Hi I currently have a swann H264 4 channel dvr with two fixed and 2 moving dome cameras. Can I use my existing cameras with this unit and what extra cameras do you recommend with this unit?

Answer from Gavin: Answered on 20/03/2013
Hi, this is an analogue DVR unit with BNC connections. As long as your cameras have the same connections then should be fine.

Thanks

Question from Avtech 16 H264 with 1T HDD: Asked on 24/01/2013 based on 120 IPS, how many days will this unit record
Avtech 16 H264 with 1T HDD

Answer from Gavin: Answered on 24/01/2013
Hi, what's IPS? Do you means FPS; frames per second? If so, 16 cameras recording on maximum performance (top camera resolution and 25 FPS) will run for about 3-4 days before looping around and re-recording over itself, theyby giving you a constant cushion of half a week.

If 120 IPS refers to something else please just simplify it for me as I can't find what that means.

Thanks
