Question from Dee: Asked on 18/02/2013 Hi,
Iam new to this CCTV things a small query is there any link in between the CCTV camera and DVR (means any compatible issues like only certain camera's work for this DVR)
Secondly it shows that it includes 1 TB hard drive but in the contents it says its not included.
Please clarfy,
Thankx in advance,
All our analogue cameras connect via coax cable terminating BNC. So no compatibility issues as long as you stick with analogue.
The DVR's all come empty, so you can decide on the HD size yourself. However, this bundle deal is set up so you don't forget anything, so we include a 1TB HD pre-installed.
Thanks
Gavin
Question from jason: Asked on 04/02/2013 Hi
I am new to this cctv lark but after recent crime rise in my area I have decided to fit one. My question is what voltage does the DVR unit give out to the cameras? is it 12 volt dc as an industry standard, can any camera be used connected via a shotgun cctv combined BNC and 12 volt cable?
Regards
