5610 is the series. We will add the webcam to the description if we get more stock as it is discontinued now. You can buy Microsoft office on a disc from us. Look in the Software section or call for advice.

Laptop should be ok for this kind of use, might be worth thinking about getting one of the higher specification models with a dedicated graphics card as this will allow you to play more demanding games as well as the Sims.

The notebook would run Photoshop but if you going to be working on high resolution images I would suggest upgrading the memory.

The laptop will ok for playing web based games such as yahoo games or for simple games such as solitaire. It will not however play more demanding games as it does not have a dedicated graphics card.

This version has a Core Duo as well but specifications can vary slightly, just as cars come with different engine sizes. You could order a fitted memory upgrade to 1GB from us and still pay a lot less than the price they quoted!

The standard warranty come with phone support for any hardware issues however we can supply software support if you require it. The pre delivery service gives you a fully setup, dead pixel free laptop however any problems reported within 7 days are handled by ourselves.
