This can be purchased with any Acer notebook bought from anywhere in the UK as long as it is bought and registered while the manufacturer cover is still valid.

It is a full collect and return warranty. The packaging will say carry-in which confuses matters as the wording has been translated from another language.

This warranty can be purchased within 1 year even if you buy a Acer from elsewhere. You contact Acer if you need to claim on the warranty not us.

The accidental damage warranty must be bought and registered within 90 days of purchase. Non-accidental damage warranty within 12 months. It doesn't matter if the laptop was bought elsewhere.

I have been corrected since my first days here, You do need to buy from us to get the extension. If you have a purchase number for the extended warranty I will try to resolve this.

As long as the warranty is registered before the first year is up its all good. The warranty gives you anther two years on top of the first so you get another two years.

You are correct to a point, the power supply is also not covered, user damage and Virus problems are not covered. The rule of thumb is anything hardware wise is covered unless it has been caused by the user. I hope this helps.
