SteveF: It means that if you have a claim, someone will turn up the next working day to fix the problem whether that be at home or work.

simon: Nearly all repairs can be done upon the enginers visit. If for whatever reason there is a wait for parts HP will post the laptop back to you within 3-4 days repaired at no cost to you.
