I'm confused by the Q&A re this 3 year extended warranty, SE5003I-PS.. one answer (SteveF) says it's a carry in warranty, another later answer (simon) says it's an international, collect and return warranty..! Please clarify and confirm.. is this collect and return..?

Does it apply internationally? Ex: I live in Malta. If something happens to the laptop after the 2nd yr, can I go to the local reseller of Toshiba (Tabone Computer Centre) here in Malta and get it exchanged for free? Thanks
