The Lenovo Y50 comes with VeriFace Pro technology which is a fun and secure way to log into your PC. VeriFace Pro supports multiple users, and checks head movement and other characteristics to determine if a real person or a photo is being used to log in. The software also allows you to:

- Encrypt and decrypt sensitive files, using your face as the password
- Stop unauthorised users from using a photo of the owner to log in
