You would not be able to burn CD's & DVD's on this item as it is a netbook which does not come with an optical drive you would have to look at a laptop with around a 15.6" screen.

No HDMI port on this netbook. Very few netbooks do have an HDMI port , you need to be looking at full scale laptops for full multimedia purposes.

This unit has 3 USB ports and is not really suitable for digital photography mainly due to it's complexed operating system. I would suggest looking for models running the Windows XP platform for better compatibility.

This netbook is not designed for anything other than surfing the net. It has very little hardrive capacity and would not run any games.

It's not too bad if you have a couple of web pages up. Netbooks are not designed for multi tasking.

Linux Linpus does limit you to downloading such things as alternative browsers , applications etc. The default browser for Linpus is Firefox which can be uprgraded to the latest version. Google chrome I would say can not be installed on this laptop.

"digicel dongle" if you mean a 3G dongal they don't work with LInux so you need to look at netbooks with XP. You may have problems with SKYPE on Linux too.
