It has wireless and ethernet for connecting to broadband. A modem is old technolgy for a 56k dial connection so computers don't have these anymore.

Regarding my last question about what version of GMA this laptop has, would it be possible to find out please? I understand it's not a gaming laptop but there are huge differences in clock speed, features and support for hardware video acceleration across the GMA range which are relevant when considering video playback so I'd like to know exactly before ordering.

Sorry to be a hassle. I'm keen to order asap (this morning if possible) but just want to clarify first. Several of your Aspire 5332/T3000 laptops mention GMA 4500MHD but not this one. Alternatively, depending on your returns policy I could just order it and return it if it turns out not to include the 4500MHD?

I did look earlier for you but didn't get anywhere everywhere just details it with Intel GMA graphics not stating any specific model number. I have just looked again and I am getting the same outcome. Sorry I can't be of more assistance but all I can suggest is contacting the manufacturer Acer to confirm the graphics card, they can be reached on 0870 760 1000.

Intel GMA graphics but can't find details of what model it is. This is not a gaming laptop so it's doesn't really matter what model it is.
