Excellent products are like-new, Very Good products may have very light cosmetic marks, Good products have moderate signs of wear and tear, and TR-graded products are unique trade-ins.   • Will the device arrive in the original box?

      Unfortunately not, however the device will be packaged into a new, unbranded box and packed safely for transit.
