Question from SteveB: Asked on 16/10/2010 Hi. How do you attach up to 3 monitors t this device?

Answer from simon: Answered on 18/10/2010
You wouldn't be able too. You can use the VGA on the laptop and the DVI on the dock (if you other monitor has DVI) to run two monitors max.

Question from Pete M: Asked on 24/09/2010 I have a similar question. What exactly does it replicate? Can I connect a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse and power to this device, then via a single USB connection to the laptop connect all those devices to it (and power the laptop too?)

Answer from simon: Answered on 26/09/2010
Has the following connections but note there is No VGA for a monitor but if your monitor has DVI you can use that.

1 x display / video - DVI-Analog/Digital - 29 pin combined DVI

Question from AndyS: Asked on 19/08/2010 I've got a Toshiba laptop just now, but looking for a 'docking station' where this seems to offer what I'm looking for, however I've a few questions:
a) It mentions that there's one USB connection and assume that this is for the connection of peripherals only, unlike an actual docking station which supplies the power as well?
b) what is the purpose of the replicator i.e. what would it be replicating?
c) If I should change my laptop possibly within the next year, would this product be fully compatable with non toshiba laptops?
d) Are there any similar products offering an element of harddrive or is it better to have these as standalone peripherals connected through this device?

Answer from simon: Answered on 19/08/2010
This product will work with any type or brand of computer as it connects with USB which all computers have. Provides instant peripheral device attachment via a USB 2.0 single connection for printers, keyboards, mice ect.

Type "USB docking station" into the search to find similar products.
