No and you wouldn't want to. Vista is a very heavy program and would take all the ram memory and any other resource the netbook had just to turn on. The OS's that are included with netbooks are specially chosen for size and speed.

No its a netbook and netbooks leave the dvd drive out to keep weight, size and cost down. You can buy an external drive which will do the job or memory sticks can be used to transfer data.
