On the back of your TV there will be 4 x mounting holes, if you measure the distance between these mounting holes, in millimetres, you will have your VESA measurement.

Question from Donal: Asked on 11/01/2010 Hi. I'm buying LG 37SL8000 from you and will probably get this (FT1) bracket too, as it seems to be the right fitting (VESA 200 x 200). However, I'd like to see some more technical spec and fitting instructions as I have some specific requirements - is there a link to this or can you give an exact model number so I can look it up.
By the way, it is confusing that it says up to 40" in the title, but both the product summary and tech spec specify that it's only up to 32" - this makes me a bit nervous that it won't work for the LG 37", but I expect it's ok.
