- Doesn't struggle with any games tested at max settings and the CPU/GPU haven't exceeded 66℃ yet, without turning cooler booster on... With cooler booster it runs around 51℃.
Audio quality is very good.
Boots up and logs in within 20 seconds and games on the ssd launch much quicker.
Picture quality is perfect on screen and via hdmi.
I haven't really got a use for the steel series keyboard but the lights are pretty :-) unlike most laptops the design of this keyboard is very easy to game with and use generally so I've only needed to connect a mouse.

- I don't really plan on carrying my laptop every where I go so the only down side doesn't effect me and that is the weight. Combined with charger this thing is too heavy to carry long distances by hand or hand held bag. Buy a laptop-rucksack and hold it on your shoulders!
Again the power doesn't effect me as I don't need it on the move but I managed 90+minutes of gaming with full brightness before it started warning me. I believe it cuts out the gt970 when power is removed and starts using the Intel graphics but it's not so bad, lower the graphics settings slightly and it works fine.
